Spring training with Portgruppen
To increase competence and safety in the industry, Portgruppen offers industry-specific courses on a few occasions each year. Now is the time to register for this spring's training.
The current courses are in Secure Port, Construction Law and Contract Law. Membership in the Port Group is not a requirement, but as a member you pay a reduced fee for the courses. Below you can read about and register for the courses that will take place in spring 2025.
Course: Safe Port Basic – digital
Safe Port Bas is a 90-minute digital training course via Teams. The aim is to raise the general level of knowledge within the industry, and to create consensus and common application of rules in the port industry.
Price: SEK 1500 excluding VAT per person. Registration is binding, but it is possible to leave the place to a substitute.

Course: Safe Port in practice
Safe Port in practice is a full-day training course held throughout the year at various locations in Sweden. The aim is to raise the level of knowledge regarding the content of the Experience Document and, based on this, to know what applies in terms of responsibility and in the context of inspections.
Price: Member 4,500 SEK excluding VAT, non-member 5,500 SEK excluding VAT. Registration is binding, but it is possible to leave the place to a substitute.

Course: Construction Law
The course provides an in-depth insight into the legal conditions that apply to the sale of doors including installation. The intention is to go through the usual standard contracts to create an understanding of what is included in a quoted price, as well as mutual rights and obligations, which follow from the terms of the contract. The procurement process regarding contract formation via inquiry, offer and acceptance is also covered.
Price: SEK 5,000 excluding VAT for members, SEK 6,000 excluding VAT for non-members. Coffee, lunch and course materials included.

Price: 2,000 SEK excl. VAT Course materials are included in the fee. Registration is binding, but it is possible to leave the place to a substitute. You are welcome to register no later than March 10th.
