Three-hour digital course: Contract law for the sale of doors without assembly
The course covers the legal rules that apply to sales, where the assembly is carried out by someone other than the seller. In the course, we will go through the provisions of the Sales Act, as well as the standard agreement NL 17. NLM 19 will also be briefly commented on, as a comparison with NL 17 and the door industry's own agreement Port 19. The training is conducted digitally and lasts approximately 3 hours.
