The award was presented at the Port Group's autumn meeting on December 2, 2021, to a prominent member who has worked with great commitment and in an impartial manner to develop both the Port Group and to create a safer Port Sweden and has contributed to the development of the Swedish Port industry.
The award winner Krister Andero, CEO of Prido AB, received a trophy and port wine.
The jury's motivation: This year's Portis has worked focused and hard for many years for the good of the Port Group.
She has worked with great commitment and in an impartial manner to develop both the Port Group and to create a safer Port Sweden. She has truly contributed to the development of the Swedish port industry.
This year's Portis Hall of Fame
This year's Portis Hall of Fame is awarded to a prominent member of the industry association Portgruppen, who through hard work, innovation, boldness, wisdom, determination, joy, commitment, collaboration and cooperation is a good ambassador for the industry.
Who is behind this year's Portis Hall of Fame?
Behind the initiative is the industry organization Portgruppen, whose task is to provide access to networks and be a neutral meeting place for industry players. Through, among other things, continuous training, lobbying various authorities and active work on standardization issues, Portgruppen constitutes a quality marker externally and in the industry.
Nominate someone?
The nomination process is administered by the office and the Port Group's board is the sole jury for the competition. The award is presented at the Port Group's autumn meeting.
Nominations can only be made to people who are, or have been, employed by companies that are part of the Port Group. Nominations are not awarded posthumously.
In addition to the honor, the winner will receive a prize, a bottle of Port wine and be listed on the website's Hall of Fame.
