Courses in Construction Law<\/h1>\n

Every year, Portgruppen arranges physical and digital courses in construction law.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n

The Portgruppen has put together courses in construction law for door suppliers. The course is aimed at those who come into contact with purchase agreements, construction agreements or participate in the design and application of these, for example salespeople, supervisors and purchasers.<\/strong>One-day course: Construction law for the door industry
\n<\/strong>The course provides an in-depth insight into the legal conditions that apply to the sale of doors including installation. The intention is to go through the usual standard agreements to create an understanding of what is included in a quoted price, as well as mutual rights and obligations that follow from the terms of the agreement. We will also touch on the procurement process regarding contract formation via inquiry, quotation and acceptance. The course is aimed at both sellers and those responsible for the implementation of a project. The course focuses on the standard agreements ABT 06 and ABT-U 07. The structure is based on a one-day course (physical) between approximately 09:00-17:00.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
