Port Group's autumn meeting 2025 – future focus, community and inspiration
After an eventful spring meeting in Sigtuna and an unforgettable 50th anniversary celebration, Portgruppen continued its anniversary year with a packed autumn meeting on October 23–24.
This time, member companies from all over the country gathered at Teknikföretagen in Stockholm to discuss the industry's most important issues and Portgruppen's operations for two intensive days ahead of 2026. The agenda included certification issues, leadership and work environment, as well as important decisions regarding budget and membership fees at the annual meeting.
From certification to CE marking – an agenda for the future
The meeting began with a workshop on certification, followed by an appreciated review of work environment issues led by Teknikföretagen's advisor. Hugo Brink and Jonas Zackrisson. The participants received practical advice on how leaders can act in the event of mismanagement and create a safe work environment.
The afternoon continued with a highly topical session about CE marking and what awaits after 2027 – a topic that aroused great interest among the participants. The highlight of the day was then the annual meeting, where decisions on the Port Group's budget and membership fees for 2026 were hammered out.
Guided tour and dinner at the Spirits Museum
The evening continued with the celebration of Portgruppen's 50th anniversary. After a guided tour of the The Spirits Museum A joint dinner awaited – a setting reminiscent of the esteemed 25th anniversary of the Wasamuseet. In true Portgrupp spirit, the evening offered laughter, networking and new memories.
Day two: external environment, economy and sustainable leadership
Friday's program began with an appreciated external intelligence of Erik Spector, chief economist at Teknikföretagen, who provided a clear picture of the industry's challenges and opportunities in a rapidly changing situation.
Then took Giorgio Grossi, well-known stress researcher and psychologist, with an inspiring lecture on the impact of stress and paths to sustainable leadership – a topic that resonated with many participants.
After the closing lunch, the meeting was concluded – and the participants were able to sum up two days filled with inspiration, knowledge and industry community.
Portis of the Year 2025
In connection with the autumn meeting, it was also presented Portis of the Year 2025, an award that recognizes people who have made special contributions to the industry. Read more about this year's award winners here ›
