Course: Contract Law – Digital

The course covers the legal rules that apply to sales where the assembly is carried out by someone other than the seller. In the course we will go through the provisions of the Swedish Sales Act, as well as the standard agreement NL 17. NLM 19 will also be briefly commented on as a comparison with NL 17 and the door industry's own agreement Port 19.
