Kurs: Entreprenadjuridik
Den 23 oktober 2024 anordnas Portgruppens endags-kurs Entreprenadjuridik för portbranschen i Stockholm.
The course provides an in-depth insight into the legal conditions that apply to the sale of doors including installation. The intention is to go through the usual standard contracts to create an understanding of what is included in a quoted price, as well as mutual rights and obligations, which follow from the terms of the contract. The procurement process regarding contract formation via inquiry, offer and acceptance is also covered.
Kursen vänder sig till såväl säljare, som ansvariga förgenomförandet av ett projekt. Kursen fokuserar på standardavtalen ABT 06 och ABT-U 07.
