Construction law- A course that provides in-depth insight into the legal conditions that apply to the sale of doors including installation.
The course will cover the most common standard contracts. Course participants will learn about what is included in a quoted price, and about the mutual rights and obligations that follow from the terms of the contract. The focus is on the standard contracts ABT 06 and ABT-U 07. The course will also cover the procurement process regarding contract formation via request, quotation and acceptance.
The course is aimed at both salespeople and those responsible for the implementation of a project.

Charge: Member – 5,000 SEK excl. VAT, non-member – 6,000 SEK excl. VAT. Course materials, lunch and coffee are included in the fee. Any travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the course participants themselves.
Registration is binding and in case of non-participation the full fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel the course if there are too few participants (min. 12 participants).
