Course: Construction Law
On October 2, 2025, Portgruppen's one-day course on Construction Law for the port industry will be organized in Stockholm.
The course provides an in-depth insight into the legal conditions that apply to the sale of doors including installation. The intention is to go through the usual standard contracts to create an understanding of what is included in a quoted price, as well as mutual rights and obligations, which follow from the terms of the contract. The procurement process regarding contract formation via inquiry, offer and acceptance is also covered.
The course is aimed at both salespeople and those responsible for the implementation of a project. The course focuses on the standard agreements ABT 06 and ABT-U 07.

Coffee break, lunch and course materials are included.
Registration is binding and in case of non-participation the full fee will be charged.
